Shipping & Returns
MADE TO ORDER
Most of our assortment is made to order, therefore please allow up to 3 weeks for your garment to be produced before shipping.
SHIPPING
Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at the checkout.
We offer worldwide shipping through official Lithuanian Post system, with estimated delivery times of 2 to 5 days within Lithuania and 5 to 15 days internationally, depending on the destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates, count working days only, and may vary depending on destination. Production time and clearance/custom delays are not included in the shipping timeframe.
For shipping outside EU, please note that import duties and customs charges are not included in the price of your order. In specific countries you may also be obliged to pay import duties and local sales taxes at the time of delivery. Reach out to your local customs office for more information.
Please make sure that your shipping address, billing information, and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, shipments cannot be redirected or modified.
RETURNS
We currently do not facilitate direct exchanges through our website. In order to exercise your right to return goods, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via info@mildapetrauskaite.com. Note that returns without an approved request will not be processed.
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days (from the day you receive your package) for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. This policy also applies to items purchased on sale. In order to improve our products we will ask you the reason for return. However, the reason upon return is not mandatory.
Conditions for returning items
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the items are:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
In original condition, with all tags attached.
Returned in the original packaging.
Shipped back within 14 days from the delivery date.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
REFUNDS
If all of the rules and conditions are met upon returns, you will receive the full refund via same means of payment as you used for the order no later than 30 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. For returns originating outside the EU, any customs fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Custom orders & customized items
Please be aware that custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Order cancellation
Cancellation of yet not received order can be done within 14 days after placing an order only if the goods have not left the production site and were not forwarded to shipping services. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via mildapetrauskaitestudio@gmail.com. Note that cancellation without an approved request will not be processed.
If all of the rules and conditions are met upon cancellation, you will receive the full refund via same means of payment as you used for the order no later than 30 days from the day on which we approved your cancelation.
Please note, that custom orders can not be canceled once the production started.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
